Please note; Huntingdon Tier Forest Retreat is adults-only and due to the nature of its unique clifftop location does not have wheelchair access. As it is our priority to care for the resident wildlife (including some endangered species) we are also unable to accommodate pets on site.
*We provide all linen, bathrobes, Sukin body wash, shampoo & conditioner. Pantry essentials provided include espresso coffee, local milk, tea, sugar, hot chocolate, olive oil, local butter, salt & pepper.

Something a little magic. The bus has everything you need with tranquility in spades. Hot tub was divine and the views were spectacular. A beautiful spot to slow down and recharge. Highly recommend.
Wow. I had high expectations after seeing the photos and descriptions, but this place still managed to exceed them. These guys have managed to turn a school bus into one of the most luxurious places I’ve stayed. Not only was it beautiful and peaceful but the quality of the towels/linen/ everything offered inside was just incredible. The hot tub was an absolute treat and the views from every angle of the bus were breath taking. Would go back again and again.

The photos do not do this place justice – it is PHENOMENAL. The thought and care that has gone into the revamp of the bus, and decoration of it is remarkable. Every little part of it made me feel homey and cozy, like it was exactly designed to unwind in. The host Tess messaged me a few days before to ask if we would like the hot tub pre-heated, and also let us know we could check in early free of charge. She was incredibly responsive and very kind. The hot tub was 11/10, just so wonderful soak in the tub while staring at the view. I haven’t had another experience as good as this one, I wish I had booked 2 nights – 1 is just not enough!

A truly unique and peaceful retreat! The bus was incredibly cosy and thoughtfully designed, with so many little touches that made our stay unforgettable. From board games to hot chocolate and all the small things we didn’t even realise we’d need, everything felt perfectly planned. Being surrounded by nature was a highlight – we loved the tranquil bushland, where we spotted wallabies and even an echidna as the day turned to dusk. The serene views and abundant wildlife made this such a special getaway. Highly recommend for anyone wanting to immerse themselves in nature while enjoying a wonderfully comfortable stay.

This is one of the coolest and unique stays we have ever been too. Tess a great communicator, very friendly and also offered to set up the heated bath before we checked in. The surroundings are so beautiful, with a gorgeous view over the mountains right outside and you’ll get to see some friendly animals during your stay as well. We had such an amazing time at this spot in the unique bus home. It was super peaceful, really private, and just so comfortable — perfect for couples wanting to switch off and relax. It felt like we were in our own little world, surrounded by nature.
The hot tub was an absolute highlight — soaking in it in the fresh sunset was honestly magic. Such a perfect way to end the day and made the whole experience even more special.

The unique features of the bus and the tiny details didn’t go unnoticed. We were welcomed inside and outside with the fires already fuelled with hot coals, allowing us the chance to use the hot tub.
